Incoming

Lots of talk and hype around the incoming snow and I am crossing my fingers it lives up to the hype. Modelling still holding up for around 20cm over the weekend for Baw Baw and hopefully St Gwinear but time will tell

As it stands -

Baw Baw has 5cm natural. 22cm man made. 4 lifts turning for good skiing and boarding. Frosti hollow is open but starts from halfway down.

St Gwinear has no snow at the car park. insufficient cover for skiing. Parks not attending until the snow arrives again.

Snow making overnight

The crew at Baw Baw have had success overnight with snow making conducted. Net gain in key areas so 4 lifts will be turning. Hut, Tank, Summit and Carpet. 28cm man made and 5 cm natural.

Don't forget the battle of Baw Baw this weekend and lots of snow forecast so it should be huge.

St Gwinear has no snow at the car park. Walking will reward the dedicated with some snow play possible up the hill. No Toboggan runs and Parks staff not in attendane
